Denny Morouse is an experienced band leader. He has an intuitive gift
for putting together exceptional musicians with the right chemistry to
blow the audiences away with musical feeling, energy, passion,
sweetness, and powerful spiritual and soulful expressions. Denny says,
" if we (the musicians) don't get standing ovations and encores after a
performance, we haven't done our job!" .... “we must always dig deep
into our soul and bone marrow and give it up.”
Denny was bandleader/saxophonist for Stevie Wonder. He started leading
bands in his teens back in Pittsburgh at Duquesne University while
studying Music before he went on the road with Art Blakey And The Jazz
Messengers and never looked back......heading for New York City.
